A new hotel has opened for business here. The CLER Grand Hotel located at Roxas Avenue Extension in Brgy. Lawa-an can complete with other premiere hotels in nearby provinces of Iloilo and Aklan.
Owned by couple Romulo and Elsie Capunong, the CLER Grand Hotel is another development that the city can be proud of.
The simple opening ceremony started with a motorcade around the main thoroughfares of the city. It was followed by a program that included a blessing and cutting of ribbon. It was attended by friends of the Capunong couple.
The new hotel has 44 fully air-conditioned rooms and a function room with hot and cold water facilities, cable television and refrigerators. It also has a soothing ambiance and spacious parking space.
It is near to Culasi Port, Roxas City Airport, Baybay Beach, Immaculate Conception Cathedral, Panubli-on Museum.
The CLER Grand Hotel is only a 15-minute ride from historic Panay town where the biggest bell in Asia could be found.
The CLER Grand Hotel gives 50 percent discount on its room rates until November 30.
For its standard room rate of P1,200, the client will pay for only P600 per over night; P750 for de luxe; P900 for executive; and P1,750 for suite.
