good kay na maintain sang CapSU ang rating, khit na bago palang at walang support ng provincial government..wawa naman….Anyway, its NOT THE MONEY OR HOW RICH YOUR SCHOOL IS, IT’S HOW THE UNIVERSITY BUILD A COMPETITIVE AND WORLD CLASS GRADUATES”.

“ITS NOT THE NUMBER SPEAKS, ITS THE PASSING PERCENTAGE”
What if only only one took the exam and he/she passed? That would 100% and would that speak for the quality of a school?
You should also consider the NUMBER of passers , don’t you think?
