ROXAS CITY –  for almost 10 years of existence, Capiz TESDA Schools Association, Inc. (CAPTESA) celebrated its 10 years anniversary last January 28-30, 2009 with its theme: “CAPTESA @10: Leading the way for a better life”.  With the growing number of active member-schools in Capiz and Roxas City, a 3 days activity for CAPTESA Meet composed of friendly sports competition, Search for Mr. & Ms. CAPTESA ’09 and Literary-Musical contest was conducted.  CAPTESA Skills Competition was already conducted last December 5, 2008 as part of the celebration of Sinadya sa Halaran 2008.

A parade from Dinggoy Roxas Memorial Park going to Villareal Stadium in the first day was participated by the delegates from all member schools, contestants for the Mr. and Ms. CAPTESA 2009 and staff of TESDA Provincial Office headed by its Provincial Director Victor Gallego.

Hon. Esteban “Evan” B. Contreras II, Board Member of the Province of Capiz gave an inspirational message in the opening program while Dr. Expedito A. Seneres, CAPTESA and Filamer Christian College (FCC) President declared the formal opening of the CAPTESA Meet 2009 at Capiz Gym, Villareal Stadium.

Una sa tanan maayong adlaw sa tanan nga taga CAPIZNON labi na gid sa mga taga COLEGIO DE LA PURISIMA CONCEPCION,maayong adlaw gid.sana mag improve pa gid aton nga siodad.labi nagid ang aton nga activities para sa mga kabataan,kag mag karuon sang madamo nga trabaho,sa pagi nga mapa improve aton economy.o siudad, sa ano nga paagi?ang pag improve sang aton mga schools,road,flea market,craps,fishing,transportation,communication,security,export and import goods,…etc.there are so many ways to improve our city.but the mean point is to work together….
