It is a nice feeling to welcome different delegates of WVRAA 2009!

Aside from having nice feelings and thoughts to see athletic, talented and good looking young people from Western Visayas , it is also good news for the local businessmen as well for motor tricycle operators/drivers as they will have (for sure) more gains and benefits for this week long event.

I just hope delegates from other cities and provinces of the Western Visayas will not be frustrated on the way our local drivers behave… It will be indeed a disgrace to know if our local drivers victimize these delegates just to earn bucks.

It will also be a double disgrace as our city is not yet fully developed as we still have tricycles roaming around downtown instead of jeepneys and at the same time to have ill-mannered and opportunist tricycle drivers….
