Capiztahan 2009 is fully supported by Local Goverment Units of Capiz and Non Goverment Organizations but it has been observed that Municipal Mayors specially from the 2nd District of Capiz do not fully supports and attends activities of the Capiztahan 2009.  This was also the scenario on last years Capiztahan celeberation. What do you think the reasons why they are not attending?  How could we achieved such visions of ONENESS of Capiznons, if even our local officials and our leaders do not unite. Culture unites people, but politics divides  our Mayors….
